I have a logitech dell chordless mouse and keyboard with rechargable mouse, the keyboard is ok but the mouse is not communicating, any ideas

better check for corrosion on the battery terminals and see also if its properly placed.
make sure that the battery is not faulty. Fix any loosen connection inside the unit when you open it.
last thing to check is the driver of the mouse. i suggest you run again the driver software to install.

My wireless mouse is not responding to the receiver at all...and I don't know how to reset the connection. any suggestions?

Sounds like you need to update your wireless mouse software or update the drivers. If it come with a cd the software is there. You can update the drivers by going to Start> Right-click on My Computer> Properties>Hardware>Device Manager. Just locate your mouse right-click, update driver.

Hi, two points of failure that I can see on your issue. First could be the BT software, 2nd could be the BT card which is a hardware issue. My first suggestion is to go to Control Panel, then Add/Remove Programs, look for and application named SetPoint then remove it. Most likely you're probably using a DELL computer, if so go to http://www.support.dell.com/ go to Drivers and Downloads choose your correct Computer model maybe laptop or pc; then choose your correct Operating system and platform if its 32 bit or 64 bit. Next update your Chipset driver, System Utilities - Notebook System for laptops and Dell System software for pc, then update your Input device driver - Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard and mouse Bundle, then update your Quickset under Applications and Synaptics driver under Input device drivers if it's a laptop you have, after doing everything restart your pc. If all is done correctly and still won't work work contact the manufacturer to replace your Bluetooth card since it's already a hardware failure. Thanks and have a nice day! =)

I have a lenovo laptop. i also have a cordless logitech mouse.i have installed the driver for logitech cordless mouse from internet.it is not working. What do i do next?thanks

Hi,

I have a wireless mouse and keyboard by Logitech as well and in order to make it work you don't only istall the drivers for that device but you also have to manually add the mouse to your computer's hardware.

Try to go to CONTROL PANEL
>click on PRINTERS AND DEVICES
>right click anywhere on that page and click on ADD A DEVICE
>press the connect button of your wireless mouse
>your mouse will be detected then
>click on its icon and click on ADD DEVICE
>it will successfully establish the bluetooth connection and your mouse is ready to use
