To print at the top of the receipt on a PCR-T465 Casio cash register:

1. Turn the machine on
2. Press the "Menu" button
3. Use the up/down arrows to select "Header"
4. Press the "Enter" button
5. Use the up/down arrows to select "On"
6. Press the "Enter" button
7. Enter the text you want to print at the top of the receipt using the keypad
8. Press the "Enter" button
9. Press the "Menu" button to exit the menu.
Your header should now be set and will print at the top of each receipt.

You need to set one rate for HST and change your department links to look at the single rate. Which tax numbers do you use at the moment? E.g. tax1 PST, tax2, GST. We need to know which tax numbers are allocated for which tax types.

Really???? I have never seen one of them fail in this model. It is common in the lower model, but not this one. Has the head been damaged? What makes you think it needs replacing?

I've never had one die on me before. Make sure it is a motor failure. Last time I had a printer problem, they sold the whole printer as one unit so you may have to buy a complete printer, but it wasn't too expensive.
