Question about Kenmore 22622 Top Load Washer
My top load washing machine leaks only at the time of discharging water. There is no leakage during the wash or rinse cycle. I have checked the hoses and all are fine. The water is coming from underneath the machine--or at least that's the best I can determine. The machine is not that old. I would hate to have to pay for a repair visit due to the costs, and then find I need to replace the machine on top of the repair cost. Thank you for any info and suggestions.
The leak is probally coming from the drain pump itself or the discharge hose onnected to the pump. This is easy to check and replace. This video should help

Tips for a great answer:
Also water can leak if there are gaps on the front
door gaskets and must be checked but this will happen only during the cycle and
not on the drain cycle end.
