This is system requirements "above" Vista and Win 7 are not supported.You would have to contact them for support.Sorry.

You may not have the compatible hardware needed to run the game. You may need to get a new Graphics card. That will solve allot of problems to do with games. However i would recommend getting a ATI or Gforce Graphics card since they are the cheapest ones & the best out there.

You can share the RAM for VGA max of 256 only for some motherboards. On BIOS select the AUTO instead of selecting 128MB share memory.

CONFLICKS WITH THE DRIVES, SOME CARD HAVE SPECAL DRIVERS FOR A CERTAIN GAME AND THEY ARE DIFFERENT THAN YOUR NORMAL DRIVERS, AND YOU WILL CONITUNIE TO HAVE THIS PROBLEM, YOU GO TO PERFORMANCE FILE OR VEDIO CARD SETTING AREA PROPERTIES ADVANCE SETTINGS

the only way to improve graphics is to upgrade your graphics card and ensure that you have enough system memory and proccesor power to run the game as it should do. If you have a 32MB or 64MB card then maybe you should go for atleast 128MB
