If your phone only vibrates even if you've already set it to ring, the loud speaker assembly inside the phone might have gotten busted or the cable that connects the speaker to the main circuit board might have gotten disconnected. This usually happens if you drop the phone, phone got wet or if a high amount of force is pressed against the phone (if you keep your phone inside a tight jean's pocket). Just take your phone to a local cellphone shop and they should be able to fix the problem real quick. Its probably going to be a 25 minute job, depending on the expertise of the cellphone technician.
