Question about Vulcan ERD85 Deep Fryer
Hi, our Vulcan Ultra 15 central heating unit blows cold air and keeps on turning on and off. While doing this, it displays the RESET message on the remote. Help will be highly appreciated in this cold weather. It's not a deep fryer as mentioned below in the Product Box. I selected this because there was no option for the Ultra 15 central heating unit.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I had this same problem which is how I came across your post, and I found on the Rival website ( www.rivalproducts.com ) you can email the company and tell them the model number and they will email you the manual, and if you're like me and hate to wait that long, you can call their customer service number and tell them what you need and they will email you the manual in about an hour. The number the website gave me was 1-800-323-9519, and I also realized there was also a number on the box too.

You can not remove the reservoir because if you clean it out with a hot soapy spange or rag. turn the frier over and remove the plate you will see why the reservoir wont come out.
