Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there might be a problem with your sound or video device. Try installing an updated device driver.

Hello,
You can go to start - run - type dxdiag then wizard will come up, in that you may go to sound tab, in it, if the text direct sound button is not selected, you can go to system tab and see system manufacturer and download relevant sound driver from the internet.
In that sound tab text direct sound button is selected, you can click it and if you can hear this sound, the problem is with your speakers. If you have any problem you can post it to my email address. nelan@prabhavi.org
Try to solve the problem,
Nelan
