Hello I have a problem with y machine. I have got a message "Ventilate", and i have pushed the button 26, but nothing happens. What to do?

You need to push the hot water button on the machine panel to allow water to run out of the steam wand. After a few seconds the machines ventilate message should clear.

Just had this problem. Machine continually needed ventilation with poor/no hot water & steam flow.
Fault was worn/broken steam valve cam (p/n 140640300) which is molded plastic & apparently prone to wear/breaking a critical "pin" on it so that it does not properly operate the steam needle valve.

I have just had the same thing this morning with my machine (not used & ventilate message). I followed the instructions & found the same as you, then I realised I had not turned the knob to dispense the water!! Try this, it does take a while for it to go through the ventilate process, I had to refill the watertank. Good luck

There is no ventilate button.
You will need to open the steam valve on the side of the unit.
Ensure your milk frother is not blocked.

When you push the water button, then open the steam knob. This will allow water to flow. If you don't get water to flow check the water tank and make sure that it is down on the machine completely. The other thing that will not cause water to flow is a restriction in the flow meter.

bad chip get if repair my friend good luck.to verify keep it unplug for some days then replug back.but since the posing of this article,you can plug it now and lets see what happens.if it does what it do again call a tech.your machine has a bad chip if it is the embbeded chip buy a new machine.good luck my friend
