Trio problems

My trio mp3 player does not work, i called the factory and they helped me till they put me on hold, as they could not fix the problem. Please send me the address to return for repairs, as i just bought this item on line. PLease email me ct78415@yahoo.com, thank you.

You must write/phone the company to get that address - it has to have a company-provided rma #, or your return will not be processed.
