Question about Acer Computers & Internet
Check you warranty status and options, most OEM original exuiptment manufacturers do not cover act of god/nature damages, do not report yet that the system was struck by lightning, take information on waht your warranty has and can provide you with repairs, ask if you can upgrade your warranty an d get an upgrade of having the option that the warranty coverage will cover accidental damages but make sure before you upgrade oro purchase the accidental damage warranty that it covers lightning strikes cause if not you will just be spending money on something that already has been burnt by lightning ^_^
Basically your laptop is taost, possibly replacing it with a new one will cost less than having it repaired. ^_^
