My cell no is 9999592673 and last night my balance was rs3. and today in the morning there is -RS.24 so from where it has been deducted.


Please check if you (or someone else) has accidentally subscribed your phone to one of those "free ringtone" offers. These are scams in which you think you'll get a free ringtone, but you're actually subscribing to a service whose payment is deducted from your cellphone account.
In any case you should talk to your operator about those charges. They should be able to revert and cancel them.
Tip: Never let anyone use your cellphone, ever. And be on the lookout for any "Congratulations, you've just subscribed..." messages. You have to unsubscribe your phone if it was accidentally subscribed, or you'll lose money.

BSNL Broadband Dataone is offering ISP connection to home and business differently as the way and limit of usage are different. And for every plan the prices vary for single month or annual tariff. If pre-ordering for 1 year, the tariff is discounted to some amount.
Here are the various plans available for home subscribers who go for BSNL broadband home plans -

Idea prepaid Cellular Mobile Phone Service Ltd.Gujarat, India

I am a new customer of prepaid idea cellular phone since last 3-4 months. My cell number is 09574827656, IMSI number 404240105156998 and present adress-B1-14 Sundaram Co-Op. HSG society Raveria Park near Moraji Circle Vapi (Valsad) Gujarat, India.
My complain is Unexpected amount Rs-110 at one time has been deducted at dated January14, 2010 from my valance amount Rs 198 at 7.0PM when I observed the balance at 9:30PM my balance was 88 Rs whenever I did not make any call at that period. Than I make a call with customer care officer they tolled me that I am use internet searching but I did not do any such type of searching. On the basis of their telling than I tolled him Pl send me detail of searching they refused my request.
and they completely surrender for giving to me any solid proof supporting to his claim of searching.
Please tell me how can a customer bear such type of unexpected deduction bethought any prove support to customer cry. Again request Give me a acknowdgement supporting to my Complain and do the needful action to support my complain.

Prepaid plans has GPRS facility with all providers. You need to approach the right customer support with your service provider.

I think it's not the phone that has the problem. It could be the network provider. It's either u have subscribe to some of their services that automatically take your load out every time u load. Like for example if u have subscribe to a 30 per wk service then u load 30 at the end or within the week,automatically the network takes it.
This is what u have to do:
1.Make sure u are not currently subscribed to the network's prepaid services(promos.ringback tones,etc), if ever there is...then UNSUBSCRIBE.
2. Observe what will happen.
3.If the same thing occurs,it's the network that causes the problem.
There's a network who does such thing in some of their subscribers.I hope i've help you.
