Question about HP DeskJet 5652 InkJet Printer
Getting message Top Drawer Open - the device cannot print because the top cover is open. Close the top drawer or cancel printing.
But cover does not appear to be open!
The sensor that allows the printer to know when the drawer is open or closed could be broken. You may need to have your printer looked at by a technician or if you can locate the sensor either remove it or see if it has come out of place.
