The grinding noise can be caused by your fuser. Have a certified technician do an assessment on the printer to see if this is the case. You may need to have it replaced. If printer is still under warranty, contact HP and have it covered by them.

Noisy printer

The printer or the drum/toner unit may cause the grinding or clicking noise.
  1. Power off the printer and open the front cover.
  2. Remove the drum/toner unit and close the front cover.
  3. Power the printer back on.
If the grinding or clicking noise dose not occur when the drum/toner unit is removed from the printer, then the drum/toner unit is the cause of the noise. Install a brand new drum unit and/or toner cartridge may be necessary to stop the noise.

look it the tray there is what we call a paper sensor or a paper flag it's a small lever that is spring loaded if there is a problem with that sensor the paper will not register as being picked up by the rollers. or the paper pick arm best way to fix would to provide the serial info and I can upload you a manual for if with detailed diagram that show how to replace this part.

Loud grinding noise from unit when flushed like

take the pump out and haul it outside and spray it off and check in the bottom of the pump to make sure there isn't anything stuck in there. then shop vac the bottom of the tank out to make sure there isn't anything funky in there that would get clogged in the pump. sometimes the out let line gets clogged as well you can buy a drain king ( it's a rubber deal that hooks on the end of a hose and when you turn water on it swells up and sprays water out) then stick it in the outlet pipe and let her rip and see if it lets the water through.

Loud grinding noise from agitator. How hard is this to fix.

Removing the agitator will not stop the grinding noise. Usually a bearing/gearbox problem going bad will create a howling grinding noise. You'll definitely hear it in the spin cycle. These are an expensive fix and require special technician tools to disassemble the unit. The gearbox is a sealed unit. Most manufacturers warranty their unit's gearbox for 5 years regardless the warranty you got when you purchased the unit, so check into this before you void your warranty. (The manufacturer requires their factory authorized service technicians to do the replacement) All in all if you do the work yourself it'll be approx $250 for the parts and gearbox transmission. To have the work done is usually much more.

Loud grinding noise when washer is draining

something in the impeller housing. not usually serviceable. not sure if that unit has two pumps. you could look underneath the tub and try to determine that, and where the noise is coming from.
i am confident the issue relates to a pump unit.
good luck
