Question about Jensen's VM9312 Car DVD Player
Let's try this. If you don't feel uncomforatable about taking your system apart that is what I am wanting you to do. Take the radio apart and check all of the connections. I feel that the ribbon wire could be one of two things either damaged or has just come loose. As you put the system back in to the car make sure that you double check all of the connections to make sure that you are not missing anything. Let me know if this works.
