After runing for a few minutes dies starts after cooling

What could be causing it too die after heating up and after cooling starts and runs fine? I have changed the plug. Drained all fuel and replaced with clean. Cleaned the air filter. Can't figure it out

When the engine quits, remove the spark plug and check for blue, snappy spark. If weak, or none, remove the flywheel cover and check the ignition module gap with a thin business card--turn the flywheel magnets under the module, insert the card into the gap, loosen the module screws to allow the module to contact the magnets, then tighten the screws again. Turn the flywheel somewhat to release the card. Retry for spark again--if now ok, see if the engine will now run. If still nothing, replace the ignition module using the above procedure to install. The carburetor jet screws likely have 'D' heads which are supposed to prevent owner tampering with their adjustment--only authorized service centers have the proper 'D' head driver (at least in the USA). Go; to: http://www.drystacked.com for a 12 page article on Walbro brand carburetor theory and troubleshooting. Check particularly, the placement of the gasket in the lower chamber and the condition of the diaphragm--it should be flexible with no holes or cracks. Hope some of this helps!

Homelite is known for this issue with there newer chain saws. The problem is with the carb, it needs to be adjusted, basically it is running to rich and needs to be turned down on the high idle side. You will have to do this throughout the life of the chain saw

Why does my 93 Honda Accord run fine and then dies going down the road and will start again and die again?

There is a black fuel relay way up under the top left driver side dash that breaks its main wire solder connections on the circuit board under over-heat conditions. Resolder that relay. Starting fluid will show that you have lost fuel delivery under no start conditions. You can use the breather hose from the valve cover for this test.

Why did the motor die while I was driving down the road when I turned on the a/c and fan?

If the engine overheated then the antifreeze may be getting into the engine, indicating a cracked head or block. check for water in oil via dipstick. .

Starts fine runs good for a few mins and dies

Will it restart after it dies? If so, then if could be a clogged fuel filter.

My 1999 Hyundai Accent stalls. After few minutes of driving, the car stops and after 15 minutes it re-starts. What is the problem?

When your driving say about 20 or 30 minutes, the car, no matter what, just dies. If the engine cools down, it will start and run just fine, for about another 20 or so minutes, and same thing? Change the coil. its bad, it over heats, and pow. when it cools, works great. Had that happen to me. hope this is the problem

1995 Polaris 300 4x4 runs good and dies after about 10 minutes of ride time, let it sit for a few minutes and starts up again ...repeat over and over again

sounds like a cracked coil winding. Typically a cracked coil will deliver a spark when "cool" but as it heats and the windings expand the gap in a cracked coil will increase until it's wide enough to disrupt voltage transfer. let it cool and it will work fine until it heats up again.

Try fresh fuel making sure oil and gas mixture is correct. Carb might need cleaning and adjustment.
