Hey im trying to play my left for dead 2 game and a few days ago it worked fine but now my xbox is saying its unreadable i clean it and nothing happend and its not in bad condiction how would you work with it
Try your xbox in different position. sometimes it works that way. The laser might be getting weak as well. Try cleaning it, if still not working then you have to replace it.

Is this an issue with any other games you have? If it is then it is likely you will need to clean your laser disc.

I am assuming that this is just an issue with a specific game. The disc
that you have is likely scratched or faulty to some degree. Replacing
this disk is likely the only way you will ever play this game again.
erm this might be a firmware issue i suggest if your still under warrenty contact xbl customer support and they will reflash the firmware on the cd drive
if it says " disc is unreadable" then u have to clean it, then restart ur console. and that happens to me all the time. just keep opening and closing ur disc tray untill it works. thats's what i do with modern warfare 2
it means the one that wont read is scratched, dirty or defective, my advice is to clean it if its dirty, get a cd repair kit if its scratched or take it back if its defective.
this is caused by the n November update in the MS xbox360 dashboard. This is a problem with the xbox communicating with the hard drive. This usually occurs in xboxs that are not using the HD shipped with the console. According to square the only solution to this common problem is that you reformat your hd and intsall the game again. yes, you have have to wait for that dl to finish. square also states that there is a possiblity that this may re-occur after the second install, though rare.
NO dont use a lense cleaner. chances are you are about to get the rrod, this hapeened to me. i suggest give the console about a week to cool down then try it again
