Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

GET ONTO FACEBOOK USING WINDOWS?

Open your Internet program, it could be Internet Explorer or Firefox, when that is on your screen, click on the Google windows and type in Facebook. This will give an option to log in or if you haven't got it installed already, to download the program. Good luck.

Why face a problem to log out the passward and passward automacticaly open

Your internet browser is remembering the name and password because at some point it asked if you wanted to save it and you said you did. Go into the Internet Options or Settings in your browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or whatever one you're using) and look for the option to clear out the saved passwords.

I want to save password in explorer automatically. i do not want to see option to save password.

Internet Explorer 8, like other modern Web browsers, includes the capability to securely store your user names and passwords for your favorite sites across the Web.
This functionality reduces the hassle of having to remember your log-in information for each site you visit, as IE will "AutoComplete" it for you.
If this setting is disabled, you can easily enable it in IE's Internet Options settings pane.
Open Internet Explorer 8.
Click "Tools," then "Internet Options." Select the "Content" tab.
Click "Settings" next to "AutoComplete."
Place a check in the box marked "Forms" and "User names and Passwords."
You can optionally check the "Prompt me to save passwords" if you wish to selectively save passwords.
Click "OK" to save the changes.

Try using a deferent web browser Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome are excellent alternatives to Internet Explorer
Download and install one of the above browsers and your problem will be solved. Make sure to change you emails password too, since your account may have been compromised in the first place.

sounds like you went into the parental controls if you have XP go to start button go to Internet Explorer icon usually on top left right click and go to internet properties when the page comes up go to the content tab check the content advisor settings if you still can't connect go to the advanced tab and then to the reset internet explorer settings tab at bottom.......CAUTION>>>>this will put all explorer preferences back to default use this as a last option.

I am having problems logging into Facebook. When I try logging in, I am always asked for my e-mail address and password. When I give information asked of me, I still can't log in!!!!!

1. Make sure that you are entering the E-Mail ID and the Password correctly.

2. Try deleting the "cookie" of the Web Browser.

If you are using the Internet Explorer then check this Link for the instruction to delete the cookies.

If you are using the Firefox then click on the option "Tools" in the menu bar and select the option "Clear Recent History" or press the "CTRL+SHIFT+DEL" keys to delete the cookie.

Good Luck!!!!!!!!!!
