Got to run then type CMD enter a dos promt will show on the screen, type IPCONFIG, check your IP address if it istarts with 169 then that is APIPA a windows feature if threats are tryin to get in your system blocking any outside access to you system from any network, also check if the default gateway of your router or modem is detected, if not then try check conenction if all are ok from router to modem and if wireless is turned on thr router providing a signal to your computer for wireless, if all Addressess are ok and still you get page cannot be displayed type in the DOS promt ping 220.127.116.11 this is yahoo.com if this pings yahoo's ip address then your problem is with the DNS of your Internet service provider, try this to renew your DNS ipconfig /flushdns then ipconfig /registerdns to renew ur DNS on the systm if still fails ty a different browser and if all else fails call ur ISP provider posibble something on the internet service is wrong or downtime issue on the internet
