Have you ever oil & adjust the wire cord?
If no then oil the brake and adjust the wire cord which is being adjusted with the bolt-screw type mechanism. If you don't know the braking mechanism visit the authorized mechanic and show them as it is crusial part.

If you already overhauled the caliper, I would overhaul the lever as well. In fact, I usually overhaul the entire system instead of one or the other. As for the chattering sound, it sounds like the rotor is catching the edge of one of the brake pads. Check to see if the pads are retracting fully or see if the pads are loose in the caliper.

These brakes have an automatic adjustment built in also, so the first step would be to take the wheels out and push the pads all the way back into the calipers, this is easiest with a tire lever. Also check that there is no debris in the caliper at the time. Remount the wheel and pull the lever. It will be very soft at first but should return to how it was before. If this does not fix the contact issue, I would suggest following the caliper realignment procedure outlined on the SRAM tech site and clean the rotors with alcohol.

If this does not remove the issue, seek your local bike shop.

I bought avid juicy ultimate front and rear brake set no upper clamp to secure brake to handlebar, match maker setup was used. How or where do I find oem clamp?

I am assuming you are looking for the clamp portion of the brake lever.

If you do a google search for the following you can find several options on-line, or go into your local bike shop and have them order for you, they may even have in stock if they do alot of work with Hydraulic brakes.

Search: Avid Juicy Brake Lever Clamp or Avid Hydraulic lever clamp.

Here is a link as an example of a result.

Braking pads are not retracting. The lever dosent go fully back after breaking. Is there any spring in lever which should retract pads making underpressure in the system? Lever on front wheel which are ok...

There isn't a spring in hydraulic disc brakes for bicycles. If the lever isn't going back, that means the hydraulic fluid isn't going back into the master cylinder to push the lever back out. You could have pistons in the caliper that are binding. At three years old, it is common to have the entire system rebuilt with new seals. There could be dirt that is interfering with the proper operation of the brake.

Avid juicy ultimate, rear disc brake vibration and noise

It is a lose bolt somewhere, OR somebody has touched your rotor with their hands OR there is oil in the pads.

Check ALL your bolts for correct torque, buy new pads and Rubbing Alcohol and install them AFTER you clean off the rotor and your hands with the Rubbing Alcohol. TRY not to touch the rotor or the pads with your hands.

The brake disc may be warped from excessive heating. This may be caused by a dragging brake pad. the disc may have been bent from an impact.
This can also be caused by the pins holding the brake caliper being stuck. Try some WD40 on them and tap them (gently) to free them.

Bought a set of avid juicy seven ultimate brakes,i squeezed the brake lever and now the pads are shut tight how do i slacken them off again!

take the wheel out insert a very large flat bladed screw driver up into where the rotor would sit and lever the pads back in very gently with the screw driver.

if this does not shift them they will need re-built by a Sram bike shop.
