It looks like that water level sensor needs to be replaced. Basked should never be filled with water. I suggest you to unplug the washer from the wall, turn off the water line to it. Don't try anything with it on your own. It can be very dangerous! Call the repair man.

Basket is too loose, out of balance easily then doesn’t spin. I also can not use the highest water level. Water sloshes out of the washer on the floor.

humm sounds like you have more than 1 issue
the reason it wont spin is more likely the transmission is going out or completely gone , the basket has like 4 hold down straps to keep it in balance one or more could be broken , water level sensing switch is bad

My washing machine keeps filling with water

If the washer keeps filling up without overflowing onto the floor , then you have the drain hose too deep into the drain and it is siphoning, pull the drain hose back up from being so deep and have it only about 10 inches into the drain, tie it into place with a shoestring or wire tie.
Now if your problem is that the washer is overflowing onto the floor, then there is a clear rubber hose that has been disconnected from the washer, this is the diaphragm hose. Have a technician reattach it. It shuts the water off and starts the machine when its gets enough water, but it wont if the hose is disconnected. Mr Burk

I just went threw this an hour ago. I found that if your not using enough water or have too many clothes in there it will splash up hit the lid and go around the basket and lay in the bottom of machine.

Is leaking water at the back and running in the floor the hoses are tight drain pipe is in right

Here's what I've seen. Water will be full, machine goes to spin/drain and expects the water to be pumped out as predicted. If pump is clogged, the pump cannnot pump out water quickly enough and the spinning causes the water to spill over the back of the tub, between the tub and balance ring. The balance ring is never sealed tightly to the tub so water will get through. Fill the basket with water, extra high, hold lid switch down, and see if it drains out fast enough so water doesn't spin out. If this is the case, pull pump, dislodge debris.

Continuously adds water, won't cycle & agitate, spins only when manually move dial. Please Help!

If the water is not overflowing onto the floor, then you have a water siphoning problem. raise and loop the drain hose behind the washer so that it is higher than the water level in the machine.

if the water runs over the top of the tub onto the floor and doesn't shut off until you turn the machine off, then you have a pressure switch problem.

if the only way to shut the water off is to turn it off at the faucet then you have a water valve problem.

Washing machine overflowed

Try filling it again and stay with it, when it starts to get near the top, unplug it, if water continues coming out you need a new valve, if it stops, then the level switch inside the control panel is bad

This is actually normal. It is normal to have water between the wash basket (stainless steel tub) and the outer wash tub (plastic). There shouldn't be a problem unless the water is excessive enough to pool inside the wash tub itself or overflow onto the floor. You will always find a small amount of residual water between the tubs. Don't waste your money on a service call unless you absolutely have to.
