Question about Compaq Inkjet IJ650 Printer
Have you unplugged the printer and let it sit for 30 minutes? try that and plug it back into the power only!then check to make sure you have the right printer drivers for the printer. is this printer a refurbished printer? youll find a "refurbished" sticker on the bottom of the printer if it is. sometimes a refurbisher switches out the motherboard for another type. this means that the driver is also changed. if you have the right drivers then turn on the pc. turn on the printer. wait for the printer to finish making noises and plug in the USB cable. if this worked, youll hear windows little bing as it sees the printer. if those lights stay and the printer doesnt respond, buy a new one. the motherboard is bad in it!

Testimonial: "I've already tried unplugging and waiting, and it was a brand-new model. I think the circuit board is bad. Thanks!"
