This is the 2nd B60 that appears to have a pump

This is the 2nd Keurig B60 that appears to have a pump failing. All of a sudden the cups of coffee are far less than they should be and next thing you know, you can hear the pump trying to **** water & the unit shuts off. Unplugging the unit for an extended period of time (minimum 45-60 minutes) seems to reset the pump operation, but most of the time just for a cup or two. Before I blow a gasket & tell them to take this unit back permanently, is this an issue or have we just gotten 2 lemons? The first one operated for less than a week before this happened, and this one is just about 3-1/2 months old (and there's only 2 of us in the household -- 2-3 cups brewed in the morning, and probably a total of 10 cups on the weekends between Saturday & Sunday).

SOURCE: keurig b60 wont brew

The water reservoir tank probably isn't seated properly. Try wiggling the tank a bit and if that doesn't do the trick, completely remove the water reservoir and then replace it. Once it's seated properly, it should start drawing water and brew as designed. This seems to be a design flaw with this particular model, so periodic adjusting of the water reservoir may be necessary to ensure it is seated properly if your problem persists. Hope that helps! Best of luck...
