Question about Apple iPod MA446LL/A MP3 Player
My ipod stopped charging altogether. Is there anything I can do myself to trouble shoot to find out what is wrong or do I have to take to a computer store to see what is wrong?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Can i ask a question has it sat idle for a while if so leave it on the charger for a few days i promise it will charge, now i mean if it has been uncharged for at least a month.

Hi,Here is the solution to your problem;its
easy ,go to device manager and delete all the usb devices then goto control panel and delete ipod, but not itunes that way you will still have your songs and playlists, then reinstall the device if it works then well done i had that before and that worked for me, if not get a new battery there not that good on the ipod dont last long so get a new one and see what happens
