SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: Dear Support Center! We just bought

First of all, we're not Hauck ICoo's technical support center, but we do try to help you resolve your problem. I couldn't find their support center on the web, but what you should do, since the unit is new, is refer to any literature that came with the stroller, and call a support number if provided.
I am thinking there's one of two things going on here. Either the unit is assembled wrong, or there is a problem with the parts. I would, personally, take it back and get an exchange, and review the assembly instructions carefully. Of course, this isn't always straightforward or easy, and the instructions are often written overseas by barely english speaking people.
Try to call support, and then try for an exchange. Something tricky is going on, and it shouldn't have 2" of slack, but maybe it does, due to poor design, I don't know. Only by finding a floor model will you know for sure, or one that's been previously assembled.
That's all I can think of, and hope it helps...good luck.

Could you tell me what the pins are called that hold the wheel on and where i could buy them from?

Pins? I don't know your model but most stroller prams use Capped Starlocks if its a pin with a looped top and spits in two at the bottom it's a cotter or split pin. any hardware can help with those. Any thing else is a custom part and a problem.

How do i fold my icco?

First put the 2 front wheels to face inward then then press the wheel locks down (found on front of the wheels). While standing at the back of the stroller (pushing position), there is this sort of a black plastic tube located on the left side of the pushing bar. Grasp this black tube and push it upward and while doing this push the pushbar downward. The stroller should fold down as you do this.
