Contact Rosetta Stone. If they have a record of you buying it they may be able to give you a link to a download site.

Call Microsoft support. give them the machine it was installed on. do not tell the you are going to install on another machine, just tell them you want to reinstall it.
you might get some resistance, but they will give it to you, as long as everything matches.

have you checked the manufacture website

you need to uninstall pervious installed cd audio driver, Then re-install your audio driver again /restart your computer. if you do not have the cd audio driver, you can visit the website of your motherboard manufacturer. Enter in the search box your motherboard model number which can be located at the motherboard plate somewhere the pci exponsion slot. download the audio driver full path. Pleasure to help you!

when u had purchased the key board/scanner in box there would be a cd of installation just open it & there will be a readme file or auturun file that will guide u how to run the installation
