Got insporion. keys not working properly
We have a test to identify if it is a problem with keyboard or not.
Follow the following steps:-
Turn off the system
Press and hold the Fn key on the keyboard, when the system is off.
Now keeping it down turn on the system using power button.
If you see pre boot system assessment and you see some lines going through. that means your keyboard is working. However if you see the normal screen, it is a faulty keyboard

first option: have cleaned (Keyboard) then test 2nd option: replace new keyboard.
