Hello,

To allow ooVoo to work on your corporate network, no special ports need to be opened. However, to receive the best performance, we recommend opening the ports as follows:

  • For a P2P video conversation, one of the clients should have port 443/TCP or 37674/TCP opened for incoming connections in the firewall (port 37674 can be changed from the ‘Connection’ tab of the ooVoo ‘Settings’ window).
  • In case the above ports are not opened or the video conversation includes more than 2 participants, the video conversation will be delivered via our video servers. In this case, no special incoming ports need to be opened.
  • To decrease delays and load on the network, we also recommend opening the ports detailed above for UDP connections (for incoming and outgoing connections).

How to delete account oovoo

1. Go to ooVoo.com and login to your account.
2. Hover over where it says "ooVoo", select "My Profile", and then click on "Edit My Profile".
3. Type "inactive" in the display name field.
4. Remove your picture.
5. Go to "ooVoo" once again, select "Settings", then select "Privacy" and disallow your profile so no one can find you.
6. Now go to "ooVoo" one more time, select "Emails" and uncheck the boxes under "Notification".
7. The last step is to uninstall ooVoo from your computer or mobile device.

Make sure that you upgrade your oovoo to the latest version as well make sure the person you are reaching does the same. If that still does not work contact oovoo for another resolution.

Might be a website problem. Wait a few minutes and see if it works, if not, sometimes your internet connection can cause issues with that.. Maybe try deleting all your cookies, cache, history, etc.

Make sure you are connected to the internet before trying to get on oovoo. You can test this by opening up your web browser and typing in your favorite website. If you can reach that website without an issue then try logging into oovoo. If you still have problems try going to oovoo.com for more troubleshooting tips.
