Question about Sharp ENERGY STAR AF-S60FX Thru-Wall/Window Air Conditioner

Turning off A/C runs fine for about 3 min then turns off and E1 shows up on the control pannel. I click the circut on the plug off and then on and it runs another 3 min and does the same.

It is a code that means you need to clean the filter. There is a whole sequence to reset it after you have cleaned the filter. google Sharp E1 code reset and you will find instructions, or call sharp customer service and they will email it to you. 1-800-237-4277

Ignore the last guy. All that's wrong is you need to clean the filter. Then unplug the unit. While unplugged, press and hold the power button while plugging it back in. Continue to hold until it beeps then turn it back on. That's how you reset the code.

The E1 is telling you you have a problem. I'm not fimiliar with the Sharp fault codes,but from what you are describing it could be one of several things.
It could be fan or blower isn't running causing the unit to shut off on high or low pressure.
It could be low on charge or overcharged, dirty condenser or evaporator, bad thermostat or electrical component or wiring.
Unless you are fimiliar with a/c and electrical, it would probably be best to call a HVAC company and have them check it out for you.

I replaced circuit board in whirlpool combo microwave / oven, shows fault code F2, error code E1.


Did you get the circuit board from a trustworthy place?
It is a circuit board error. Did you install it correctly - right wires to right connections?
Control displaying F2 E1:
There may be a problem with the User Interface (Touchpad), or the associated wire connectors.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.

My ac is showing an E1 code. what can be done to solve this problem?


Unfortunately, there's not much you can do. The E1 error code indicates a sensor shutdown. However, you can try turning the unit OFF & unplug it for 15 minute. Then plug it back in and turn it ON. If the electronics reset and reverted back to the original factory setting, you can set the controls as you like.

Oven door is locked after trying to clean and getting error code E1 F5


E1 F5 means your unit is having a problem with the door latch and lock assemble turn the power off for 10 min. and after turning the power back on wait another 10 min. before opening

FO shows on led board for both ovens


HI. This is a basic communication issue that will concern, either the control board, or touch/Key pad assembly. Normally, this will produce a stuck key, which will cause one of the power relays to become suspended.

Determine if The problem is with the Key Panel or Control by:

1. Pushing CLEAR/OFF pad.
2. Disconnecting the key pad Ribbon Cable from control(main), and waiting at least 32 seconds to see if Code recurs

If code recurs, problem is in the control. Replace control.

If code does not recur, problem is with the Key Panel.

NOTE_ Some models incorporate the touch/Key pad into the EOC as a single assembly(Whole device), in which case this test is not necessary. Simply replace the EOC (Clock).

Unit not running, no lights on pannel but lights work inside.


Could be a control board issue, a broken wire somewhere, maybe the plug came off of the board. Try to unplug the refrig and plug it back in....A lot of times that will reset the board

Oven doesn't work, stove does


If it's a Whirlpool or Kenmore oven (or one of several other brands that are made by Whirlpool) then this error code means:

F1 - E1 Safety flip flop Replace Electronic Range Control/Clock (ERC)


The system believes that the control board has failed and needs to be replaced.


This page has a list of diagnostic codes by brand and model number. You should check there to look up your particular brand to confirm what I just said.

Print spooler not running


to make spooling work its necessary to make it work
this is the procedure .if you do this it will work properly. till it is not done it will just ignore printing
1)click the start in the left sice of your computer screen
2)go to control pannel
3)click performance and maintainence
4)click system
5)click data execution prevention
6)turn on DEP for essential windows program and services only.
7)click the spooling services a tick mark sign will appear beside that means it has enabled.
now your printer will work properly.

Message tells me to plug cable into local area connection. Nothing is unplugged but cannot get internet.


try resetting (turning off and turning on after 3 min) your modem or router or hub (whichever you're using). Then right click the little icon in the task bar that represents your network connection and select 'Repair'

Haier Air conditioner problems - e1 message


try turning it off holding buttons each individually in for 3 secs then in an hour plug back in ... the rep from Haier gave me this advice ... just waiting my hour now ... i also hear that the remote works for sure ...
