Well my bet would be for you to get photo shop or corel draw it will let you retouch the photos and also clone some areas that are lost think about it might be a good investment for you if the shots mean a lot to you.
warning : dont get the cheaper versions they lead you on and then you find out you cant convert photos to jpeg. so do your research first
