Question about Samsung DLP HL-P5663W 56" TV
I am having the same problem, my TV wont even come on anymore, I was watching it and it just shut off, all 3 lights are blinking and I have had the televsion for only 16 months. How do I change the lamp or should I pay 300.00 to have repaired, please help

Use only original samsung lamp with the housing and socket attatched.
The lamp door switch may be intermittent,so you are temporarily fixing it by open and closing the door. The ballast can cause the failure as well. Avoid short period off and on times as turning the set back on in intervals less than an hour will cause microscopic cracks in the glass because the lamp needs too cool down to room temp before it is restarted for ultimate life........I hope this helps!!
