Question about LG WD-1280FHD Front Load Washer
My Washing Machine has come up with an error code CL - There is nothing about this code in the User error codes.
Also the machine was not on a cycle. It worked fine yesterday, come to use it today and it just says CL on the display and wont do anything. I have tried powering down for a few mins but comes back up with CL when plugged back in.
Any ideas ???? Thanks.
The "CL" code is not an error! This means "Child Lock"!
To unlock a washing machine you will press and holding within 3-5 sec two button, marked "child lock".
And happy day will come! :))

Try buttons "dry" & "spin" together for a few seconds. This is the child lock display.
Or press "end of cycle" for over 5 seconds.
Or press "options & select" till the light goes off.
Works for other machines..............And please rate me if helped

My child was pressing the delay wash button on my machine, I don't know how many times she did this before I scolded her. Then when I tried to do the lundry tonight, the machine went through the cycles but no water went into the machine.

This may mean that the child lock has come on. Your machine will have two buttons that you have to press together to undo it. Mine is Temp and Options (there's a diagram on the panel)
