Question about Kenmore Washing Machines
This sounds like the tube that connects the fill level switch to the tub is somehow disconnected. Have you had this machine apart recently for a different fix? Sometimes we forget to hook that little air hose on the bottom of the machine back up. Sometimes we take it off the bladder of that level switch. If you've had either the head or the body off this machine, I'm going to say that's your problem. It's rare for the other part to go bad
