You could try accessing control panel/programs and features/turn windows features on or off and then try checking and unchecking the games option

Trying to load a game but media card drivers sre

Littlefie331, I looked up your gateway model no. and came up with your drivers, click on the link below from Intel and you will find the drivers you need. If you have upgraded your V-Card, let me know and give your current specs of your pc to me. Also it would help to know the name of the game and version your trying to play in order to provide more support. Let me know how it goes.

Activision sega twin pack 2 will not install to my computer.

No fix. Not Written for Xp.
Wikipedia

In 2002, Sega Smash Pack: Twin Pack was released on PC, and it contained both of the above collections. However there are incompatibility issues as a result of playing the game on Windows XP. When a user plays Sega Smash Pack 1 under XP, Games suddenly quit without error after a certain amount of time.

Door ejecting

If you have a decorative bezel or door over your drives, that may be the problem. Sometimes the door presses on the drive release switch. Decorative bezels, meanwhile, have a spring-loaded extension button that goes through the extra case material to press the drive's actual release mechanism. I've seen a faulty spring on this type of arm cause a drive tray to go in and out at random, come out part-way and go back in, etc. — all without anyone touching the button itself. The effect is almost as if the drive is possessed. Kind of spooky when it happens, but fixing it is usually a simple matter of adjusting the spring or just removing the bezel completely (since it's only decorative). Alternatively, you may have a trojan on your machine that either fools with the drive automatically, or gives remote access to the drive so that someone else can toy with your machine over your network connection. "OfficePoltergeist" is a program that pranksters love to use to do this. NetBUS is another example of a remote tool from many years ago that could play with your CDROM trays. Your antivirus or spyware scans should be able to detect this, though... It is possible you have a new trojan of this sort that is not yet detected by antivirus software...

The CD code key is the code given on new software installation, Usually a orange sticker somewhere on the cover or in the manual. For example for windows 98 the key could be the following.
