To reset your device follow these steps:-
Turn on printer.
Open front door.
Press and hold cancel, press reprint.
Now scroll through menu of toners h=high yeild and s=standard.
Press ok and ok again to accept. Close door.
If you still get the error, you will need to take your device to Brother service center.
Also, never use refilled ink as this decreases the life of your device. Always prefer original Brother cartridges.
