How do I change my voice mail message on my LG L1 400i cell phone?

cell phone voice mail is done by the network provider . They will have an access phone number like for example telstra in austrailia uses 101 optus in australia uses 321 once you are in the voice mail it tells you the options press (whatever number) for delete message.
contact or look up on the phone network providers web site what this voice mail phone number is.

Call "077" to listen to messages received. Follow the voice instructions to change your voice mail settings.

Tracfone support should be able to reset your voice mail. You will loose all your messages due to privacy reasons, and will have to set up new voice mail from the phone, not alternate line.

1 Call your Motorola voice mail service. Press the "Contacts" or "Address Book" button and select the "Voice Mail" entry. Press the "Call" button.

Note: Once your voice mail account has been set up, you can use the Voice Mail folder (under the Message menu) to view details of voice messages in your voice mail box.
