Where do I plug in headphones?

Looking at the specs for your TV, it does not appear to have the jack for earphones.

You will have to connect an audio receiver to your TV and use the reciever's jack.

HOW I CAN HAVE OUTPUT FRO AUDIO LINE ROM LG 55LH5000???

Hi, sorry but Most LG's no longer have audio outputs. The easiest way to get it ,You need to take the audio output from the source i.e. "cable box output"..if you have of course...
However whether your TV has this output or not we need to make some tests..5 different connections possibilities provided below.
(not by priority..you can start with any of it ).Below ,there is a sample TV back panel picture as well
Possible CONNECTIONS:
1) 2x RCA ports red / white is audio out ( L + R ) of TV to Stereo..
2) You can get also the audio digital output from the TV to a A/V receiver. the tv's optical audio out is stereo only mainly designed for freeview or tv audio to be output,
set the audio ouput on the TV menu to Dolby Digital, connect a digital optical out directly to the A/V receiver to receive audio signals.
3) since your TV has :2 x HDMI, SCART, AV, Component Video, VGA-sub, USB 2.0, connections, you may use the SCART plug to get Audio output for your TV .
TV's SCART connector which has 21 pins and "2x Audio Output " pins should be in it.
you need to buy an adapter called " RGB Scart Male to 3 RCA AV Female Adapter Converter" that can easily be found any electronic Market..one example as found eBay URL is below..
http://cgi.ebay.com/RGB-Scart-Male-3-RCA-AV-Female-Adapter-Converter-/130389078197
After you get this adapter, you need to carry the audio signal from SCART's RCA plugs to your Receiver with a 2x RCA (white/red ) cable.(if this does not work ,mfg should state somewhere in the manual..as your TV's "SCART socket IN only" ) if you properly connect IN/OUT plugs you will able to get the audio signal of the TV thru stereo..I recommend 2 $ value "RGB-Scart-Male-3-RCA-AV-Female-Adapter-Converter" with IN/OUT switch on it.
4) use HDMI connection of TV if you have HDMI input on your stereo of course...
5) if these are not an audio-out on one of these connectors , so you'll need to use the headphone socket if you want to plug it into a stereo. you need a cable 2x RCA to 3.5mm Headphone jack.
( This is the last ditch solution , since it mutes the whole sound.) ..
NOTE: if you connect this, pls be careful, your TV voice level will drive the stereo volume....

Hope this helps!..if more help requires Would you please let me know the result ?
Take care and please

Can't obtain picture on my Vizio VW22LHDtv10T after cable installed between the Dell 15 pin port and the 'pc in' also 15 pin on back of this TV monitor. Do I use the HDMI port on back of this monitor to...

Normally you need to switch the video output to the 15 pin video port by pressing and hold the FN button and then press the one of the Function keys that has screen symbol on the key.
This will toggle the video out put between the notebook's LCD screen and the video output port.

I have a customer on the phone who has a olevia flat screen and can not locate an input for his cable wire. where are they located?

here are the only signal inputs located at the back of the tv.
1 x HDMI input ( 19 pin HDMI Type A )
2 x component video input ( RCA phono x 3 )
1 x VGA input ( 15 pin HD D-Sub (HD-15) )
Audio line-in ( RCA phono x 2 )
2 x S-Video input ( 4 pin mini-DIN )
2 x composite video/audio input ( RCA phono x 3 )
1 x headphones ( mini-phone stereo 3.5 mm )
1 x SPDIF output ( TOS Link )
1 x audio line-out ( RCA phono x 2 )
1 x subwoofer output ( RCA phono )
1 x serial

If you are looking for a coaxial cable input.. it is actually not available so you have to connect a converter from coax cable to RCA cable for you to connect it on your tv.

Input button says there is a setting for computer but manual does not give instructions

there are a number of methods that will allow you to make the connection. Many computers have incorporated composite (RCA) or S-Video (TV-Out) output that will either mirror or, better yet, extend your desktop beyond the monitor. For desktop systems, there are numerous AGP video cards available that offer a variety of video outputs. For example, ATI's Radeon X1950 PRO video card includes composite, s-video, and component video connections for analog signals. Of course, it all depends on what inputs your television can accept. If it has multiple input ports, remember that there is a hierarchy in terms of signal quality among the three typical types of connections, which, from lowest to highest, is composite, S-Video, then component video. So opt for the highest quality connection supported by both devices. Many older or more basic televisions may only have a coaxial cable connection. In this case, there are video cards with coax outputs and scan converters that will pass the signal through a coaxial cable directly to your television. Oh, and remember that you'll also need to connect your sound card's LINE-OUT connector to the TV for sound.
The tricky part may be finding the right cables to go from the computer to the TV, since there are several types of RCA (1 or multi-port) and S-Video (4-pin and 7-pin) connectors. One product I found, the Pro S-Video to 3 RCA cable allows you to connect your desktop or laptop computer's S-Video to your TV. These adapters are compatible with both S-video 4-pin and 7-pin receptacles and also connect your PC's stereo audio output to the TV.
But don't run out and buy any special video cards or cables yet... There are certain limitations of using older CRT televisions as computer displays that can easily render the advantages of size and affordability almost completely negligible. Perhaps the greatest constraint is the relatively low resolution of standard, tube-based televisions. Because of their design to accept NTSC (North American), PAL (European), or SECAM signals, good old-fashioned analog television sets generally cannot display resolutions greater than 640x480. That was barely adequate for a 14-inch monitor ten years ago, so just imagine how it might look on a 32-inch TV screen. Have you ever tried to read those fuzzy disclaimers at the end of a TV commercial? Viewing your computer's video signal through a CRT television will not yield the detail and clarity that you would normally expect, although for games and video playback it can produce acceptable results.

How to connect a eye trek fmd 200 to my laptop

It is not possible to connect your eye-trek directly to your computer.
you need a signal-converter (vga to av).
Have a look on ebay (e.g. this one on german ebay: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&Item=380041599591
description is english).

Only the much more expensive fmd 700 has a built-in converter.

Hitachi ultravision 50v500

there should be 3 sets of video rca jacks on tv or receiver they might have put them on the wrong rca jack in which they just need to be moved over
usually the 3rd set of rca jacks are component jacks not for tv or video but for low output signals say like cameras and only one set of rca's can be used at a time svg on one of them rca's will over power the vid's. so have no picture
