this is an The "F3" error code is an indication of a water or oil (i.e liquid) temperature sensor error. There is a chance that there is a loose wire connection on temperature sensor reading is out of range below 23 degrees F or above 217 degrees F
what you need to do for fix up the ranger is to unscrew it and then clean up all form of water or oil and also dry that you can see around the wire and the screen internally with this the problem is solve

Control displaying F3 E0:
There may be a problem with the Oven Temperature Sensor, or the associated wiring.
Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) for one (1) minute.
Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s).
Monitor the oven for one (1) minute to ensure the error code does not display again.
Verify oven operation.
