FYI- GE 52" D52gw12 has same power blinking problem
These tv models are simliar. more issues listed on that page as well. Best Buy sold that GE set and I think that Other Stores sold the RCA set.

- i replaced the flyback with the help of slinteriors. i am back up and running, but i have to really rework the convergence.Same Problem
