Hi i have Samsung Star GT-S5233W, i installed some games in it and i guess it got virus infected, coz even after i deleted the games my phone is working very slow and sometimes it gets switched off automatically Can u plz tell me how to format my phone completely, i wanna make it like new again, n plz also let me know if formatting the phone will erase the system files as well..
