Question about Toshiba PA2611U External Floppy Drive
My son dropped our Toshiba PA2611U external floppy drive on the hardwood floor and now the computer doesn't recognize it when it is plugged in. Any thing I can do to fix it?
Check all the cables. if you can open the case without breaking it, check all connections inside ensuring no broken visible links from the drive to the connections on the back. retry it in the computer after reassembling. IF it requires more than this effort it needs to be replaced.
