I had the exact same problem with this monitor, same model & manufacture date. Another solution on this site promted me to replace 3 capacitors on the switching power supply similiar to the one pictured here:

Take apart the monitor, carefully unplugging the jumpers to the spkrs, USB ports, etc., and remove the power supply from the internal cage. I desoldered and replaced the following capacitors/values from the board of the power supply:

C5 = 680uF 25V
C17 = 680uF 25V
C10 = 1000uF 16V

I picked these up at an electronics repair shop for $3 and spent about 1.5 hours with the entire process. It's a great monitor and was well worth the time and parts to get it working.

What could be the problem with my microwave?

It's the circulation motor but I'd buy a new one They're just not worth fixing when considering cost and service life. The source of the humm and the source of the sound are probably 2 different areas. Good luck.

2000 Isuzu Trooper, if I don't let it warm up 5 to 10 minutes, it will jerk bumping sound under the drivers side. After accelerating to 20 RPM it smoothes right out. $1186.00 at dealership NOT FIXED!

find a independent ASE shop, and not stealerships.
google ASE shop finder, << a win.
is car even worth that? not in USA, they bugged out. here.

first find the location of the noise.
find a shop that is not clueless and fails to communicate the source to you. do so.

Under heavy load, driver slips, makes grinding noise. How to fix?

Sounds like the gears are worn out. Not worth fixing. But if you buy a drill that uses the same battery pack, now you will have a spare battery and charger.

Radio just makes whistle sound doesnt matter if mic hooked up or not same with antenna,worked great when bought lasted 2 days had fixed 2 days again had fixed again worked 1 day as soon as you turn on...

What type of power source is it hooked to? straight to car battery or some other power source? Sometimes cart alternator noise is picked up by radios. Try hooking the power source up differently

On start up the TV produces a loud buzzing sound, the picture flashes then the screen goes black. What is the problem and is the unit worth fixing?

Major failure in the power source. If it's worth repairing only you know that - without actually seeing the tv i can  do just a very uncertain estimate of the price of the repair: around $150.

Pioneer deh-p9800bt is makeing a bad noise thrrough my speakers

Since vehicles started using High Energy Ignition engine noise in stereo equipment has been a issue. You have two options. The first is to try connecting your power wire to a alternate source that may have internal filtering. If you cant find a clean source of power you will have to add a inline filter on your power wire. You can pick them up at any stereo shop.
