Actually any computer is compatible to work with any ISP. the question is, how fast or is the specs of your computer cable to read and browse such web site when connected? is there any anti virus that you use to be secure when browsing? is your hard drive has enough space for storage for your data?

I forget my password

That's going to be a problem a really big problem in fact, Contact your ISP and tell them that you have forgot your password and ask them if they can reconfigure the router for you. The reconfiguration is an easy process if you know it very well, it differs from router model and your ISP's you need a couple of info which only your ISP knows so its better to call them.

Everything is the same...although I just got an

You can set up your router manually, without the CD.
Make sure that your computer is able to go online directly through the modem.
If your computer is able to go online through the modem, that means the modem is working fine.
You will need to connect the computer to the router and the modem to the router.
open the set up page of the router and change the settings of the router according to the ISP.
After changing the settings of the router according to ISP, it should go online. If that doesn't work then upgrade the firmware of the router. reset the router and reconfigure the router

Re-set of wireless g print server

With this print server not all printer are compatible with it, but if you connect same model of printer that was also working with this print server, best thing to do here again is to reset the router and reconfigure it back using the setup CD that came with it and if still the same problem, it will be better to call Linksys tech support so they can check if your printer is compatible with this print server if its compatible let one of the Linksys tech walk you through with the process, they are open 24/7 this is the number 800-3267114....

Hope that helps...........

The network is working but I can't get the internet

If the internet is not working first thing to check here is the internet connection from your modem without the router, make sure that your computer can access the internet when computer is connected directly to modem, if no internet without the router you need to contact your ISP for that, but if there's internet without the router you need to reset and reconfigure the router.....if you have the setup CD of the router just run that to reconfigure it back.........

New modem now router doesn't work

you need to make sure that you can access the internet from your new modem first. if you can't access the internet, you need to call your ISP. but if you can access the internet properly using your modem, you need to reconfigure your router by running the setup cd to recognize the new modem.

hope this'll help you but if you still have problems, just provide the brand and model of your new modem and your router and your ISP as well.

ciao!
