Question about Little Tikes Cozy Coupe
I have watched the video and rocked the hook in the eye and have waxed the hook and have filed the opening and have tried to slide it
in with plastic, nothing works.
Is there a safe way to make the opening bigger are the hook smaller?
What about cutting it off and screwing them on?
DESPERATE, only have 2 day's to put it together.
I hope that you have figured this out by now, but heat the plastic pillar up with a hair dryer for about a minute. Then rock it in as the video shows. If this does not work, then you have not heated the pillar for long enough. It will still take a little force, but I only weigh 100 pounds and I was able to put two of these cars together in a couple of hours using this method.
