there are two ways of resolving the problem of your phone first of all you will have to write out the IMEI or serial number of your phone it at the back of the phone remove the battery then look at it on the sticker there you will fine it
then contact the service provider you which to use there service you will be ask for the phone number for proved of ownership together with the IMEI number of the phone that you which to unlock then you will be directed on how to unlock it OR they will give you code that will unlock your phone
please do give this unmber to any one then the customer care service
you can also unlock your phone through flashing with soft ware in any good phone work shop around you
however the fixya organization have not give us any right to call or make a personal contact with the customers in other to avoid cheat of customers
