you cannot change the speed of your processor unless your processor supports overclocking. however your processor does not support that.
if your computer is running slow try upgrading the RAM to 1GB.
also check to see whether you have unwanted applications running in the background

An easy way to find out what ram memory you need for your computer, is to use an auto-scan feature offered by many websites, that sell ram memory.
You don't have to buy from them, and will have the information you seek, should you desire to buy elsewhere.
(The auto-scan just looks at the Hardware inside your computer, and does Not access any personal information.
It is a 'soft sell' approach to sell ram memory.
If any of the companies that offered this free scan were to access someone's personal information, it would be all over the internet, and THAT company would be DONE)
This is one example of a ram memory website that offers the free scan,
Left-click on the blue - Scan My System - button.
There are LOTS of ram memory websites that offer this feature.
If I were to guess, since I don't have the Exact model number,
I would guess you have three ram memory slots on your motherboard.
Each ram memory slot can hold a Maximum of 256MegaByte's.
Total would be 768MB's.
Ram type is SDR Sdram at 133MHz. (PC133)
Low density, unbuffered, non-parity.
CAS Latency 3 (CL3)
DRAM chips are 32Meg x 64
(SDR Sdram. Single Data Rate Sdram.
Commonly mistakenly just referred to as Sdram.
ALL ram memory from SDR Sdram to DDR3 Sdram, IS SDRAM.
Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory.
Double Data Rate Sdram.
Double Data Rate 2 Sdram
Double Data Rate 3 Sdram.
