Question about Epson ACULASER CX11NF All-In-One Printer
This is most likely the printer software driver problem, The printer drivers may be corrupt and not functioning very well, uninstall the printer drivers from your system and reinstall back after uninstalling, ensure you restart the system after reinstallation.
If problem persist, check to ensure the papers are well aligned on the printer tray and also check the settings on the printer. but quite convinced the printer driver is the cause of the problem.

Since when have you been fcaing this issue.
have you done any recent changes on the printer, software/hardware.
Have you changed the type of paper/brand recently.
have you checked if the paper is damp/moist.
