In present tense, "has" is used for the pronouns "he", "she" and "it". All the others use "have"
In present perfect tense the verb "have" is an auxiliary one. Same rule applies with the pronouns, followed by the main verb in past perfect tense.
Example of simple Have:
I have a dog
She has a cat
We have two houses
Example of Have in present perfect
I have eaten a hot dog
She has fallen down while skating
They have gone to the movies

Have the same problem. But i think that we can read some english article and watch some TV. In addition, we can try to talk with others who can speak English.
