Question about Plantronics Radio Communications
Hi, in most cases like this, it is usually caused by the aux jack hole where you insert your headset in. might be damaged inside or bridging to connections inside and is affecting it when you try to use it with the headset.
First you can try out another headset and see if it will do the same, and also check the phone with another headset to know exactly how to resolved the problem.
After checking both the headset and the phone, am sure you will find a solution faster.
I would advice, if it is still on guarantee and is a newly bought headset, you can take it back for replacement, in other to cause you extra spending's.
