Failed to load application configuration data from "core.hp.main/application.xml" what does this mean

It is to do with servers. See; http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E13222_01/wls/docs61/programming/app_xml.html
Try booting in safe mode and restore your system to a known good date. When successful, you will be able to find out mre about why you have this error. It is probably a registry error.

View XML Files in Chrome

What to do when trying to view XML File formats in Google Chrome. <br /> While Google Chrome is a great browser it is too new to have everything users want. An incredibly popular file format, mainly for programmers, is XML, which is not handled natively by Chrome... not sure why. <br /> A simple solution to this problem is to load a great Chrome Extension called 'XML Tree.' So next time you go to view an XML in Chrome the browser will read and display it all nice and pretty for you. To install follow the link below, install the extension, and then that's it. You are now read to view XML files in Chrome.<br /> [<a href="https://chrome.google.com/extensions/detail/gbammbheopgpmaagmckhpjbfgdfkpadb?hl=en">Click Here to View Extension Page</a>]

My computer just recently started displaying a BSOD with a memory error. What can I do to fix this?

This sounds like a ram memory issue, remove one stick of ram and run the machine, if no change remove second piece and replace the first, if that solves the problem the stick that is left in your hands needs to be replaced.

Can i get the code to convert Text to XML using JSp

That depends upon precisely what you want to do, but generally yes, it's a fairly straightforward process to convert text to XML using here is a reference site touching on the topic you requested:
http://www.devsphere.com/xml/taglib/process/reference.html and according to this site in reference to their XML Java Tag Library they offer as a free download, "XJTL provides several XML parsing actions (<p:parse>, <p:element>, <p:start>, <p:end>, <p:data> and <o:pi>) that let you build JSP pages that process XML documents in the most natural and easiest way possible." As my Java professor used to say, "Java is not merely a programming language, it's a way of representing the entire world." That is akin to XML, which is an acronym for eXtensible Markup Language. The extensibility itself is why I answered your question cautiously above.

Plat swf files sequentionally from xml

I've finished your requirement almost but how do you read the swf files from the xml one by one? My code will parse the xml and open the swf files one by one and so you can only view the last swf file.

var myXML:XML=new XML();
myXML.ignoreWhite=true;
myXML.onLoad=function(success){
    if(success){
        for(var aNode:XMLNode = this.firstChild.firstChild;aNode!=null;aNode=aNode.nextSibling){
            loadMovie(aNode.firstChild.toString(),_root);
        }
    }
}

myXML.load("sampleFiles.xml");

And your sampleFiles.xml should look like this:

<swf>
  <swf1>sample1.swf</swf1>
  <swf2>sample2.swf</swf2>
  <swf3>sample3.swf</swf3>
</swf>
