Question about Computers & Internet
Hi kaasea, I understand that you are having a problem with your laptop turning it on. Try this suggested steps:
Make sure you have powered off the pc.
Remove the cable connected to the power source/
Remove the battery which is situated at the back of your laptop.
Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. This will allow the laptop to reset its circuitry.
Reinsert the battery then the cable connected to the power source.
Turn on the laptop. If it does not, possible scenarios might occur.
The power supply on the laptop, CMOS battery, or the motherboard itself , whichever fails are the ones that is not functioning.
What other steps you can do is to reseat the power supply and then check the lights on the keyboard when you turn on the power button on your laptop. If there is no light on the keyboard when turning it on, most likely the power supply or the motherboard failed.
I strongly suggest to contact your pc manufacturer for possible repair if symptom persist...
