Samsung E370 my phone is asking me for a pin to get into my messages and phone book and i dont know what it is could anyone help me please

password is usually the same as your PIN number, if you haven't changed your PIN number the factory set one is either 0000 or 1111

I Dont know sure if you either want to deblock your phone for because you wrongly entered your password 3 times or that you want to unlock it. For deblocking you need a puk code wich you can ask at your provider if you lost it. for unlocking you phone you need a Unlock code. it isnt the pin but the code isn't it..here .. you can reset your fone not only the phone books... *2767*2878# if it does'nt work let me know..

1. remove your simcard
2 type *2767*3855# ALL DATA WILL BE LOST.

If the phone is locked with firmware then the code wont work.
